About Renting...
Deposits are not required to place your reservation. When necessary, we will contact you and request a non-refundable deposit to secure your reservation.
Orders must be paid in full before delivery or at the time of pick-up.
Most
rentals are quoted on a one-day charge. When placing an order,
please confirm pick-up and return day with our party consultant.
Delivery: We deliver throughout Nanaimo for a reasonable charge. Our delivery
personnel are instructed to deliver items and stack them neatly
in an already arranged place. Delivery charges are quoted as
curbside delivery. If you have a special place where you want
the delivery made, please ask; there may be an extra charge.
Pick-up
and Return: All dishes should be assembled in their containers.
Tables and chairs should be assembled in a single location as
specified upon delivery, ready for pick-up. Items not meeting
these conditions may be subject to additional charges.
Please note our business hours and
return times.
NO RETURNS are to be made after hours. If your situation requires
special consideration, please discuss this with our consultants.
Liability: The liability for damage, theft, or injury is that of the Lessee. When you rent our goods, you take on the inherent care, custody, and control of all items until they are returned to our warehouse or picked up by our personnel.
The Lessee is responsible for all rental items. Please be prepared to pay
for items that are missing or broken upon return. We will be
happy to refund your money if you find the items later.
There are
NO refunds on rental items that are not used (even if the wrapping
has not been removed). Our policy is to re-wash every item that
leaves our premises.
