How does it work?
We try and make the process easy. Browse our catalogue to get familiar with our product line. We are here to assist and answer questions.
STEP 1. Start an Order
No Deposit is required to start a reservation and we do not need your final numbers till the week of the event. You are welcome to add or delete items as your plans develop. Call us with your initial order or come visit the showroom with a wish list. Showroom appointments are recommended if you require a consultation or dedicated assistance, otherwise walk in browsing and viewing is welcome.
STEP 2: Pay for the Order
Orders must be paid in full before we deliver or when you pick up. We accept debit, visa, mastercard or etransfer. This can be done the week of the event or you may prepay at anytime.
STEP 3: Delivery or Self Pick-Up
We can deliver an order at a quoted cost and our service area is generally Qualicum to Duncan. You are welcome to pick up your order one or two days before the event and there is no extra rental charge. Please discuss details with our consultants.
STEP 4: Returning Rental Items
No washing or rinsing required. Just scrape the plates, empty the glassware and pack up the rentals in the crates that they arrived in and return to our warehouse or have all rentals neatly stacked in a single location ready for pick up.
